Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to acquire new accounts and grow existing relationships in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a sustainable client portfolio and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow existing business with banks, financial institutions, government entities, and SMEs.
  • Create new customers through business development activities.
  • Run new business activities autonomously and plan customer meetings.
  • Manage Pan Emirates accounts.
  • Ensure achievement of assigned revenue goals by following corporate managerial/operational guidelines.
  • Develop relationships with clients through regular visits.
  • Collect information on new products/services and commercial initiatives developed from competitors, reporting clients' feedbacks.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 8-10 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Experience working in the Financial Services/Banking sectors.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage with clients and guide them through their buying cycle.
  • Must hold a UAE driving license.
