Cloud Support Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Support Specialist to join our team at Reach British School. As a Cloud Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers related to the use of Google Workspace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solve technical problems of customers related to Google Workspace
  • Provide support for migration from third-party solutions to Google Workspace
  • Conduct trainings for customers on Google Workspace solution
  • Appear at industry events, provide support for sales and marketing
Requirements:
  • Romanian language native speaker
  • English language on very good level (at least B2)
  • Knowledge or experience in IT (DNS, Operating Systems, Networks)
  • Knowledge of Google services like Gmail, Drive, and Calendar
  • Willingness to work with customers and supporting them on daily basis
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in administering Google Workspace
  • Knowledge of command lines (CLI) and basic of Linux
  • SaaS services (CRM, Ticket Management)
