We are seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Expert to join our team at Abu Dhabi Accountability Authority. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and onboarding top talent to drive business success.
Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and update employee relations policies and procedures, including those related to employee services, administration, medical insurance, employee data management, attendance management, onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS.
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and update of the sections' strategic, budget, and procurement plans ensuring alignment with the department and sector strategy and objectives.
- Review, update, and maintain the employee handbook, ensuring alignment with HR policies and procedures as well as UAE labour law.
- Coordinate pre-employment documentation, conduct new employee induction/orientation, and develop, maintain, archive, and update employee database.
You will also be responsible for conducting awareness campaigns related to updates on HR regulations and bylaws, maintaining, monitoring, and updating employee medical insurance, and monitoring attendance system.
