The Leasing Administrator plays a pivotal role in supporting the leasing team by ensuring seamless operations, accurate data management, and efficient lease coordination. This position involves managing administrative tasks, maintaining leasing databases, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring timely processing of transactions.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced real estate environment, where you will be responsible for maintaining the availability list for vacant units, ensuring accuracy, and keeping the Monthly Occupancy Report current. You will also assist in occupancy trend analysis, enter and update leads in the GoYzer CRM system, and manage and update the tenant waiting list.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update the availability list for vacant units, ensuring accuracy.
  • Keep the Monthly Occupancy Report current and assist in occupancy trend analysis.
  • Enter and update leads in the GoYzer CRM system, ensuring agent updates are completed.
  • Manage and update the tenant waiting list to prevent double bookings.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in real estate leasing administration or a related administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., GoYzer, Salesforce, Zoho) and leasing workflows.
