Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Design Engineer to join our team at Parsons International. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing complex systems and equipment, ensuring compliance with specifications, tolerances, and safety factors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop complex structural systems and equipment, including roads, highways, bridges, tunnels, and other infrastructure projects.
  • Perform specialized design computations and analysis, providing technical guidance to CAD Designers, Drafters, and lower-level Engineers.
  • Review and provide input on design proposals, ensuring adherence to international and local design, construction, and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including engineering reports and specifications.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in structural design, with a strong background in designing roads, highways, bridges, tunnels, and other infrastructure projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of international and local design, construction, and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in using latest design applications and software.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
