In this position, you will concentrate on strategizing, developing, and executing marketing initiatives that bolster the TLS business's brand identity and positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute marketing activities, including event management, webinars, and content creation (e.g., thought leadership articles, videos, web pages, flyers, newsletters).
  • Collaborate closely with the TLS Business Unit and Country Partners to devise strategies and propel campaigns that enhance business growth.
  • Lead various marketing projects by understanding objectives, formulating action plans, coordinating with stakeholders, and producing campaign materials.

Customer Focus:

  • Ensure alignment with the PwC Middle East brand and corporate identity.
  • Partner with Business and Country leaders to craft comprehensive marketing plans.
  • Work with Industry Marketing Managers to elevate TLS visibility in key sectors.
  • Deliver high-quality thought leadership content to clients, reinforcing brand positioning.
  • Coordinate with the Events Lead for larger marketing events.
  • Collaborate with design teams and agencies for creative production.

Internal Process:

  • Implement the regional marketing strategy and activities, ensuring adherence to corporate branding guidelines.
  • Engage with creative agencies and market research firms for campaign development.
  • Partner with the PR & Communications Team to amplify key messages and enhance brand visibility in the market.
  • Evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness and generate reports.

Learning & Growth:

  • Collaborate with corporate marketing and knowledge teams on global campaigns and initiatives.
  • Facilitate marketing training for partners and principals.
  • Act as a liaison to other business functions, fostering cross-functional relationships.
  • Promote a healthy work environment.

External Communications:

  • Support external communication efforts for campaigns.
  • Assist the PR team in coordinating media interviews as necessary.
  • Draft and distribute a monthly client newsletter.

Internal Communications:

  • Contribute to local communication initiatives.
  • Oversee all internal and external communications for TLS.

Financial Management:

  • Manage the TLS budget and ensure cost-effectiveness of marketing activities.
  • Review business outcomes to ensure alignment with marketing plans.

Qualifications:

  • 7 years of experience in marketing.
  • Proven success in a marketing role, with 2 years in the Professional Services sector, preferably in a top-tier firm.
  • 2 years of management experience.
  • Knowledge of the Middle Eastern market is preferred.

Skills:

  • Deep understanding of marketing and branding principles.
  • Familiarity with the Professional Services Industry and current market trends.
  • Strong grasp of both traditional and digital marketing channels.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage projects effectively and lead teams.

Language:

Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

Travel Requirements: Up to 20% travel may be necessary.

Work Visa Sponsorship: Available.

Government Clearance: Required.
