  • Order, mark, and stock parts and supplies as required to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and purchase orders, and ensure that all necessary documentation is up-to-date.
  • Inspect tools, equipment, and machines to identify any defects or areas for improvement.
  • Enter and locate work-related information using computers and other digital tools.
  • Operate power lifts and other heavy equipment as needed to perform maintenance tasks.

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Serve as a role model and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in all aspects of your work.
  • Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures, and report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries to management immediately.
  • Complete all necessary safety training and certifications, and ensure that all employees are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
  • Ensure that all employees adhere to quality expectations and standards, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost-savings.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment and tools as needed.
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment and perform tasks that require standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
