We are seeking a highly skilled Training Projects Specialist to join our team at TALABAT. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for leading the creation and customization of training materials to meet the diverse requirements of our markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts: Work closely with our subject matter experts to design, develop, and refine training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
  2. Conduct Training Needs Analysis: Conduct quarterly Training Needs Analysis (TNAs) based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Opportunities to identify training gaps and areas for improvement.
  3. Lead Function Business Reviews: Lead the monthly function business reviews (FBRs) to discuss and align on actions to improve training across multiple markets.
  4. Disseminate Product/Process Updates: Ensure prompt dissemination of product/process updates on the rider interface through appropriate training initiatives.
  5. Align Training Content: Ensure that training content aligns with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  6. Apply Instructional Design Principles: Apply instructional design principles to craft engaging and effective training programs.
  7. Analyze Best Practices: Analyze best practices across different markets and training methodologies and implement them accordingly.
  8. Maintain Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with training stakeholders, market logistics leaders, and external partners to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any training-related concerns.
  9. Cultivate Stakeholder Relationships: Cultivate positive working relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration and garner support for training initiatives.
