Job Summary:

As an AV Field Service Engineer at Energy Jobline, you will play a critical role in providing technical support to clients and stakeholders, ensuring seamless delivery of scheduled preventative maintenance of professional audio-visual equipment on-site. Your expertise will be instrumental in implementing works on-site relating to the addition to or modification of hardware/software within existing installations, as well as providing possible solutions to client-specific related issues or requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients and stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Fulfill any service level agreement (SLA) that is in place and meet the clients' requirements and expectations.
  • Deliver scheduled preventative maintenance of professional audio-visual equipment on-site, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
  • Implement works on-site relating to the addition to or modification of hardware/software within existing installations, as required.
  • Provide possible solutions to client-specific related issues or requests, such as recommending additional equipment or solutions, and directing them to the relevant resource within the sales & systems integration team.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge of audio-visual equipment and systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel to client sites as required.
