Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement OD strategies to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, including metrics and assessment mechanisms to manage engagement surveys.
- Review and improve job descriptions across the organisation to ensure consistency within job families.
- Design and deliver learning and development initiatives to meet employee development needs.
- Oversee training budgets and develop a talent management process that supports staff development.
A degree in HR, Organisational Behaviour/Psychology, or CIPD qualification is preferred. Experience in planning and delivering organisational and cultural change, along with a track record of successful staff engagement, is essential.
