Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fit Out Estimator to join our team at Caliberly. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for providing accurate and comprehensive estimates for complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Estimation and Costing: Prepare detailed estimates and BOQs for fit-out projects, including measurement and calculation of materials costs.
  2. Tender Submissions: Prepare and submit tender proposals, including take-offs and analysis of site conditions and contract documents.
  3. Collaboration and Communication: Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, design teams, and clients to ensure accurate estimates and timely project delivery.
  4. Scope Definition: Define cost-efficient alternatives to proposed project scopes and identify required but non-indicated scope through analysis of site conditions and contract documents.
  5. Risk Management: Assess subcontractor proposals to ensure scope coverage and manage risk of scope gaps.
  6. Estimate Production: Produce accurate and comprehensive estimates for complex projects in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent years of work experience.
  2. Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in estimation and costing with an interior fit-out company.
  3. Skills: Analytical and detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills and ability to multitask.
