We are seeking a highly skilled Waiter to join our team. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive impeccable service from the moment they enter our establishment until they depart.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with a warm smile and enquire about their health and well-being.
  • Offer menus according to their dietary requirements.
  • Serve water or beverages as needed.
  • Provide detailed information about menu items and take orders to ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure that orders are prepared according to our high standards.
  • Quality check and quantity control before serving.
  • Remove leftover food once guests have finished their meals.
  • Carry dishes and flatware to the kitchen.
  • Clearance of cheques with the cashier and update the supervisor.
  • Enquire about additional family members or friends and ensure satisfaction for each guest.
  • Upsell products to increase sales.
  • Deliver 3 meals and 2 snacks to inpatient guests.
  • Fully stock mini stores daily.
  • Provide complimentary items such as fruits, flowers, newspapers, and other items based on eligibility.
  • Adhere strictly to all health department regulations.
  • Follow principles of safe food handling and service.
  • Assist the kitchen team as needed.
  • Serve refreshments to the doctor's clinic.
  • Set up buffets for meetings/functions.
  • Prepare daily fruit baskets according to order.
  • Refill vending machines daily.
