You will lead a team of customer service and operations handling specialists to achieve minimum escalation and maximum customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Account Retention and Growth: Develop and implement strategies to retain and grow key accounts, ensuring long-term relationships and revenue growth.
  2. Business Reviews: Conduct regular business reviews with customers, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews, to discuss performance, goals, and opportunities for improvement.
  3. Operational Excellence: Analyze and maintain records to identify areas for improvement and recommend process enhancements, driving operational efficiency and excellence.
  4. Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements through training, coaching, process mapping, and developing service procedures, policies, and standards.
