Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Design and deliver interactive workshops that teach life skills to K-8 students, utilizing a mastery-based approach to ensure students achieve their full potential.
  • Curriculum Development: Develop and refine curriculum content, including workshop plans, assessments, and course descriptions, to ensure a high-quality and engaging learning experience for students.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our team of educators and facilitators to ensure seamless delivery of programs and workshops, and provide regular updates on program progress and outcomes.
  • Program Evaluation: Continuously evaluate and refine program content and delivery to ensure alignment with our mission and goals, and to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: A university degree in any subject.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience working directly with kids in a camp counselor, tutor, teacher aide, or similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students, educators, and community members.
