We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Creator to join our team at Sephora. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative content that showcases Sephora's brand voice and aesthetic.
  • Platform Management: Manage and maintain Sephora's social media presence across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Community Engagement: Moderate social media communities, respond to comments and inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyze content performance and provide regular reports to the Social Media Manager.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Beauty Pass team and E-commerce department to manage customer complaints and ensure positive sentiment on Sephora's social media pages.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar social media role, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or retail industry.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Languages: Arabic (mandatory) and English.
