Job Title: Content Creator

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Creator to join our team at Accor. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and crafting high-quality video and photo content across various formats.

Responsibilities
  • Content Development: Conceptualize and develop engaging video and photo content that showcases our brand's story and values.
  • Content Strategy: Tailor content to specific platforms and audiences, ensuring optimal reach and engagement.
  • Production Management: Manage all aspects of the production process, from pre-production planning to filming/photography and post-production editing.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate professional video cameras, lighting equipment, and photo editing software.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of video and photography equipment.
  • Performance Analysis: Track content performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest content marketing trends and best practices.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with social media managers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Film, Photography, Media Arts, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in video and/or photography content creation.
  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of high-quality video and photo content.
  • Skills: Excellent storytelling skills with a keen eye for composition and lighting. Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of video and photography equipment and lighting. Solid understanding of basic cinematography and photography principles.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
