Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Coordinator to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will ensure that our guests have a memorable and unique experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
- Deliver exceptional guest service by responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve housekeeping skills and knowledge
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds
