Key Responsibilities:

  • Company Administration: Administer a portfolio of companies, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Compliance Mechanisms: Set up and maintain online compliance mechanisms for all companies and functions, ensuring timely upkeep and updates of statutory registers and records.
  • Secretarial Advice: Provide secretarial advice and propose solutions to business requirements, ensuring the integrity of the governance framework.
  • Workflow Streamlining: Streamline all workflow processes to ensure prompt and professional services, executing and maintaining all required company-related filings, documents, reports, and records.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in the U.A.E., filing with government authorities on changes, and liaising with clients and U.A.E. government authorities.
  • Client Onboarding: Conduct client onboarding and ongoing due diligence processes, ensuring timely and efficient administration of companies.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties: Take the lead on ad-hoc duties and projects, ensuring the efficient administration of companies and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar governance role, with a strong understanding of U.A.E. company governing laws.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of corporate and commercial laws and regulations in the UAE, with a high degree of professionalism and ability to communicate with various levels of individuals.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, and excellent written skills and drafting abilities.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a strong understanding of corporate governance and compliance.
