Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food and Beverage Operations Coordinator to join our team at Accor. As a key member of the F&B Department, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our food and beverage services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the F&B Department, including clerical tasks, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Department Coordination: Coordinate with Procurement and vendors to ensure timely delivery of store supplies and materials.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Assist in the preparation of department reports and presentations, and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Office Management: Maintain the office on a day-to-day basis, including scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and facilitating internal and external communications.
  • Financial Management: Track budgets, expenditures, and project status, and provide administrative support for performance reviews.
  • Team Collaboration: Liaise with Talent & Culture to ensure transparent communication with colleagues and manage invoices, accruals, and monthly payroll attendance.
  • Leadership and Communication: Demonstrate strong leadership skills to motivate and engage with team members and management, and possess advanced communication skills to effectively communicate with guests, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Previous work experience in a hotel or food and beverage industry is required.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
