We are seeking a Senior Center Manager to join our team at H&H Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our shopping centers, implementing quality control systems, and delivering high levels of customer service to our tenants and visitors.
Main Duties- To manage and maintain the effectiveness of management systems within the shopping center.
- To supervise staff and monitor their performance to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service.
- To prepare reports on forecasting and budget management for revenue and expenditure.
- To ensure the maximum possible revenue by closely controlling rent and service charge collection and identifying opportunities for additional income.
- To contribute to asset enhancement initiatives by collaborating with your line manager/director to evolve the retail mix and maximize financial returns.
- A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a similar capacity in the UAE.
- Relevant technical knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English, with proficiency in other languages an added advantage.
