Mind Base Education is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Center Manager to oversee the daily operations of our center in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage staff, ensure high customer satisfaction, drive business growth, and maintain efficient operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Centre Launch and Setup:
Plan and execute the setup of the center including facilities, equipment, policies, and curriculum materials.
Develop a launch strategy and marketing plan, create content for the marketing team, and promotional activities to attract students.
Develop Centre Policies in line with both Tutor Doctor and Mind Base.
2. Curriculum Development:
Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructors to develop curriculum and course materials.
Ensure that courses align with industry standards and learner needs.
Establish policies and guidelines for the center and oversee implementation.
3. Staff Management:
Recruit, train, promote, and supervise teaching and administrative staff. This will include but is not limited to Tutors, Academic Mentors/Advisors, Mentors, and SMEs.
Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
4. Student Consultation, Enrolment, and Engagement:
Conduct consultations with students/families to identify their needs.
Follow up on consultations and leads, and update relevant systems.
Achieve enrolment targets and KPIs.
Create and maintain a calendar schedule for consultations and classes.
Ensure marketing and relevant materials are available for clients.
Monitor student progress and provide support as needed.
Implement strategies to enhance student engagement and satisfaction.
Follow up with students/families after the second session.
Uphold a 24-hour response time for all client communications.
Ensure all feedback (including any negative feedback) is handled confidentially and appropriately.
5. Operations and Administration:
Establish and maintain quality standards for tutoring, advising, and training programs.
Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to improve course content and delivery.
Establish and implement a feedback channel for students and families.
Maintain regular communication with students, families, and team members.
Oversee day-to-day operations including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.
Ensure payments are collected at the time of enrolment.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and safety standards.
6. Partnerships and Outreach:
Identify and cultivate partnerships with industry organizations, schools, and businesses.
Generate leads through the center in the community and at relevant events.
Market and enhance brand awareness for the group.
7. Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare reports on center performance, enrolment, and financial status for senior management.
Ensure accurate and timely submissions of enrolment forms and reports.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
