  • Increase employee engagement and motivation through regular on-site visits and foster an open-door policy that encourages feedback and suggestions.
  • Oversee the development of HR metrics, analyze results and design action plans as necessary to optimize operational workflows.
  • Establish and maintain a solid organization structure and recommend changes to job descriptions and hierarchies as needed to ensure clarity and efficiency.
  • Develop strong working relationships throughout all hierarchy levels by providing advice, guidance and counseling as needed to support employees in their roles.
  • Deal with any performance or grievance issues taking necessary actions to instill higher levels of accountability and ownership among employees.
  • Support in the implementation and customization of the HXM SAP software to enhance HR processes and improve overall efficiency.
