Job Summary

We're seeking a HR Strategic Leader to fill a key role in a global HR organization and drive all HR activity at a site level.

This role is responsible for overseeing the country governance, policies, and procedures, and enhances employee engagement and personal development.

Main Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted partner to the Country Manager. Support business planning/execution process and incorporate into the site HR plan.
  • Lead the local HR team to ensure their professional development and deliver an accurate, timely, and employee-focused HR operation.
  • Provide payroll processing backup support, partner with accounting and payroll to maintain the payroll database, and provide day-to-day benefits administration service, including assistance with claims.
  • Partner with local leaders to build people capacity by ensuring that employee development and succession planning are ongoing business processes.
