- Leadership and Stakeholder Management: Provide leadership and guidance to the Compliance and Risk team, and manage stakeholders to ensure effective risk management and compliance.
- Compliance Monitoring: Develop and maintain the Compliance Monitoring Programme to ensure the organization's compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Reporting and Governance: Provide timely and accurate reports to the Board and senior management on compliance and risk matters, and ensure effective governance and management information mechanisms.
- Experience: 5-10 years' experience in a Compliance role, with a good working knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements in the Qatar and UAE.
- Qualifications: Recognized and relevant professional qualification (preferably ICA).
- Skills: Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, good organization and time management, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a strong business acumen.
