About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Instructor to join our team at Talent Bridge HR Consultancy Dubai. As an Assistant Instructor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Instructor in delivering high-quality training programs in jewelry-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Instructor
    • Assist with workshop preparation, including setting up stations, gathering materials, and ensuring safety protocols are in place.
    • Demonstrate techniques under the Instructor's supervision, providing guided practice and troubleshooting support.
    • Provide individual guidance to students, answering questions and offering constructive feedback.
    • Evaluate student progress, provide feedback on skills and techniques, and help students improve their work.
    • Maintain studio organization, including cleaning and organizing workspaces, replenishing supplies, and ensuring equipment is kept in good working order.
  • Independent Responsibilities
    • Teach basic jewelry-making techniques, conducting introductory workshops or sessions on specific techniques.
    • Manage workshop logistics, including registering students, collecting fees, coordinating schedules, and communicating with participants.
    • Maintain studio inventory, tracking supplies, ordering materials, and managing equipment maintenance.
    • Develop and update instructional materials, assisting with creating workshop outlines, preparing handouts, and maintaining resource libraries.
    • Market and promote workshops, contributing to outreach efforts, promoting enrollment, and attending events to represent the program.
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Research new jewelry-making techniques and trends.
    • Assist with special events or demonstrations.
    • Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
    • Contribute to the overall positive atmosphere and team spirit of the studio.
Requirements
  • A formal qualification from a recognized authority related to Jewelry.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Assistant to Instructor/Trainer in Jewelry with a solid understanding of curriculum/course development.
  • A formal qualification in training/instruction or teaching would be a distinct advantage.
