Job Summary

Aerotime is seeking a highly skilled Flight Training Instructor to join our team. As a Flight Training Instructor, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions for pilots, ensuring they meet the required standards for safe and efficient flight operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct training sessions for pilots, including type rating, recurrent training, and ground school.
  • Assess pilot performance and provide feedback to improve their skills.
  • Develop and implement training programs to meet the needs of our pilots.
  • Collaborate with other instructors and training managers to ensure consistency and quality in our training programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest aviation regulations and industry developments to ensure our training programs are current and relevant.
Requirements
  • CPL (Commercial Pilot License), MPL (Multi-crew Pilot License), or ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License) qualification.
  • Minimum 12 months of experience as an active Instructor/Examiner.
  • Minimum 1500 hours of flight time as a pilot on a multi-pilot aircraft.
  • Advanced communication and leadership skills.
