Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Architectural / ID BIM Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BIM modeling, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing detailed Architectural and ID BIM models in Revit, creating simplified joinery models, and applying 2D overlaying of intricate patterns on Revit walls and ceilings. They will also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate design coordination and maintain compliance with established project standards and quality assurance guidelines.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM modeling, expertise in Revit software, and knowledge of BIM standards and protocols. They should also possess strong understanding of joinery detailing, experience in design coordination, clash detection, and resolution workflows, and proficiency in handling 2D overlays and pattern applications on BIM elements.
