Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Lead a team of sales and marketing professionals to ensure effective execution of sales and marketing plans.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to senior management to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including travel agents, tour operators, and other industry partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our sales and marketing strategies remain competitive.
  • Contribute to the development of the hotel's annual sales and marketing plan, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Work closely with the Revenue Department to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Organize and attend sales and marketing meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
