Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Fitness Membership Sales Representative to join our team at Anantara. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business through external marketing and prospecting initiatives. You will also be working closely with the gym management team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract new members
  • Conduct off-site promotions and events to generate leads
  • Build relationships with local merchants and community groups to promote the gym
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the fitness industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
