This role is pivotal in steering the identification, assessment, and analysis of technological risks. You will formulate strategies for mitigating and resolving risks to align with corporate, legal, and regulatory standards. In addition, you will mentor and guide team members while overseeing recruitment processes. You will also provide management with updates on risk-related initiatives.

As a leader, you will cultivate and mentor teams to effectively identify, manage, and escalate risks, ensuring that risk management is integrated within the teams you supervise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the resolution of control deficiencies and action items, collaborating with responsible parties to ensure timely resolution.
  • Lead and assist in conducting risk assessments and control evaluations, managing Business Unit Testing activities.
  • Deliver comprehensive reports to management and operational risk teams regarding compliance, security, and risk management efforts.
  • Establish and uphold policies, standards, risks, controls, and procedures.
  • Oversee risk and control assessments, conducting thorough reviews of risk controls.
  • Manage training on policies, compliance monitoring, reporting, and escalation processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

To be considered, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Risk Management, or Computer Science.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in Risk Analysis, Compliance, or Project Management.
  • Alternatively, 8+ years of experience in Risk Analysis, Compliance, or Project Management may substitute for a degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

We would also value:

  • A Master’s Degree in Business, Risk Management, or Computer Science.
  • 8+ years of experience in Risk Analysis, Compliance, or Project Management.
