Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our nursery's operations as a Nursery Director. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the nursery's business, including managing staff, developing and implementing educational programs, maintaining a safe and healthy environment, and ensuring high-quality care for all children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of early childhood educators and support staff to deliver exceptional care and education to children.
  • Develop and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities for children, aligned with industry standards and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all local and international regulations and standards for early childcare centers, maintaining a strong reputation for the nursery.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, staff, and visitors, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor and manage the nursery's budget, ensuring financial sustainability and growth.
  • Conduct regular staff evaluations and provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the nursery's services and attract new families, positioning the nursery as a leader in early childhood education.
  • Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in early childhood education to continuously improve the nursery's programs and services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, with a strong focus on leadership and management.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in an early childcare setting, with a proven track record of success.
  • Knowledge of local and international regulations and standards for early childcare centers, with the ability to ensure compliance.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to deliver exceptional results.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for providing high-quality care and education for young children, with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
