Job Purpose

  1. Facilitate the seamless integration and implementation of ERP Fusion, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems.
  2. Develop and execute comprehensive system testing scenarios, including procurement cycle and scenarios development.
  3. Oversee the transition from legacy systems to ERP Fusion, ensuring minimal disruption to procurement functions and business operations.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the Technology team to align the ERP Fusion system with procurement needs and objectives, driving business value and efficiency.
  5. Provide training and support to procurement staff on the new ERP system, ensuring proficiency and effective utilization, and promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  6. Embody the values of ATRIBS METSCON GROUP, adhering to the code of conduct and demonstrating integrity and ethical behavior in all aspects of the role.

Key Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in software engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in procurement functions and extensive experience with Oracle Fusion SCM, particularly in migration projects.
  3. Proven track record in coordinating UAT, managing bug fixes, and ensuring data migration integrity, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
  4. Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, MIS, Office, and PowerPoint, as well as good communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Good command over automated analytical tools to support vendor analysis, evaluation matrix, performance analysis, SLA, TAT measurements, and other business intelligence tools.
  6. Professional with a proven track record of integrity and ethical values, demonstrating a strong commitment to the company's values and code of conduct.
