A Day in the Life

As an Area / Shift Manager, you'll work shifts based at one of our operational sites. Your focus will be on maintaining safety standards, monitoring process efficiency, and prioritising routine team management and daily operational tasks.

This role involves working closely with colleagues in other teams and external partners to meet customer demands and targets. You'll analyse data and performance metrics with leaders and discuss operational pros and cons with engineers.

Requirements

  • University degree (Bachelor's or Master's degree), completed before start date
  • Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language
  • Relevant experience in performing data analysis
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays
