About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and people-centric Talent Acquisition Intern to join our People & Culture team. As a key partner to hiring managers, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling.

Key Deliverables:

  • Support the Talent team in sourcing qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.
  • Communicate directly with candidates to coordinate interview schedules and provide timely updates on the hiring process.
  • Prepare interview materials and collect feedback from interviewers post-interview.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and job requisitions.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate with Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
