We are looking for a skilled Planner to work on a prestigious Villa project based in Dubai. As a key member of the project team, you will contribute to achieving successful outcomes for our clients. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Coordinating the project master programme and ensuring timely completion.
  2. Maintaining up-to-date records of programme-related activities and providing regular progress updates.
  3. Working closely with contractors to manage their programme and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  4. Conducting thorough reviews of contractor programmes to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Ensuring planning and project controls works meet project standards by implementing and maintaining quality control measures.
  6. Liaising with stakeholders to develop and implement a permitting and authority approvals process that meets project needs.
  7. Creating and managing baseline programmes to track project progress.
  8. Producing regular reports and recovery plans to address any deviations from the project plan.
  9. Preparation and submission of weekly progress reports and quantity reports.
  10. Providing expert advice on project schedules and identifying potential risks and opportunities.
  11. Working collaboratively with project teams to resolve scheduling issues and ensure project success.
  12. Assessing the impact of approved changes and providing recommendations for improvement.

Key Requirements

  1. Villa project experience.
  2. Relevant degree qualification.
  3. Significant pre- and post-contract experience on major projects.
  4. Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
  5. P6 software expertise.
