We are seeking a highly skilled IT Operations Specialist to join our team at RemoteWorker US. As an IT Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • IT System Administration: Administer and maintain our core IT systems, including Google Workspaces, Atlassian, Slack, and Okta.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to our team members on internal IT issues, including Identity and Access Management, tooling, and general tech support.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and refine existing and new IT processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • IT Project Management: Manage internal IT projects, including employee onboarding and offboarding, vendor management, and remote workspace setup.
  • Automation and Security: Identify and develop automations to improve efficiency and security, and implement mitigations to prevent cybersecurity incidents.
  • Compliance and Governance: Guide and drive compliance-related requests, including document reviews and evidence collection.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a Systems Administrator/Engineer role or similar.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of macOS, hands-on experience with scripting and programming, and experience with APIs.
  • Soft Skills: Collaborative mindset, ability to communicate and document in English, and an appreciation for the complexity of machines and humans.
