Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Document Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing documents, coordinating administrative tasks, and providing support to our staff.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation systems;
- Coordinate administrative tasks, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials;
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to queries in a timely manner;
- Assist in the preparation of commercial and technical documents for tender submissions;
- Monitor and track documents using standard document management programs;
- Receives, tracks, and monitors documents;
- Initiates and replies to routine correspondence related to area of responsibility.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role;
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office platforms;
- High school diploma;
- Familiarity with construction process and work procedure;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize own workload;
- Experience in using Aconex will be added advantage.
