Position Overview

As the Lead Mixologist, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of bar operations in a high-end establishment. Your role will encompass various responsibilities aimed at ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bar Operations Management: Supervise all daily activities of the bar, including opening and closing tasks, inventory oversight, supply ordering, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Beverage Crafting and Service: Design and prepare a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring that presentation and service quality meet high standards.
  • Staff Training and Development: Mentor and train bartending staff on drink preparation, customer service techniques, and responsible alcohol service practices, providing ongoing feedback to enhance performance.
  • Customer Engagement: Interact with patrons to take drink orders, offer recommendations, and ensure a satisfying customer experience, addressing inquiries and feedback professionally.
  • Menu Innovation and Pricing: Collaborate with management to create enticing beverage menus that resonate with the clientele, setting competitive pricing aligned with business goals.

Qualifications
