Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Mixologist to join our team at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative cocktail menus that showcase our commitment to excellence in beverage service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Bar Team: Train and supervise a team of bartenders to ensure exceptional service and consistency in drink preparation.
  • Craft Signature Cocktails: Develop and maintain a menu of unique and innovative cocktails that cater to diverse tastes and preferences.
  • Manage Beverage Service: Ensure high-quality standards in beverage service, including tracking profitability and making adjustments as necessary.
  • Engage with Guests: Provide personalized experiences and establish a network of regular guests through sensitive and appropriate interaction.
  • Collaborate with Management: Provide reports and insights to the management team on menu performance and profitability.
Requirements
  • Education: College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management.
  • Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience in a 5-star luxury hotel in a similar role.
  • Skills: Well-developed interest in food and wines, professional training in food and wine knowledge, management skills, business acumen, and guest PR skills.
  • Technical Skills: Computer literacy and proficiency in food and beverage computer systems.
