Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented sales professional to drive commercial growth and profitability in the Middle East region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities to increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability in the Middle East region.
  2. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, while also identifying new business opportunities.
  3. Negotiate prices and pricing revisions, invoicing and stock-invoicing conditions, storage and payment terms in accordance with corporate policy.
  4. Perform analysis of forecast margins at quotation and afterward, ensuring accurate volume commitment and MOQ in accordance with prices.
  5. Ensure participation to development costs are being charged to the customer unless otherwise agreed with sales direction.
  6. Chase customers for payment on due time until payment is received in case finance is unable to get customers performing adequately.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Proven experience in business development and sales growth in a regional role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to build value proposition with customers.
  • Ability to influence and work with multiple departments across global regions to achieve outcomes for customers on time.
  • Self-motivated and proactive individual who can work autonomously to deliver results.
  • Frequent travel within assigned territories required.
