Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the company's financial goals are met.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and financial reports.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to senior management.
  • Manage the company's cash flow and ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors, suppliers, and employees.
  • Lead and manage the finance and accounting team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws.
  • Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support for decision-making.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to the senior management team and board of directors.
Qualifications:
  • CA/ACCA Qualified
  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a technology, telecom, or construction company
  • Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
