The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire restaurant operation, including planning new and updating existing food and beverage menus while working closely with department heads. They will also estimate consumption, forecast requirements, and maintain inventory levels.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong organisational and time management skills, as well as excellent team management, communication, and listening skills. You will also be required to demonstrate integrity in all dealings and maintain high levels of confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation
  2. Plan new and update existing food and beverage menus
  3. Estimate consumption and maintain inventory levels
  4. Develop and implement innovative policies to improve productivity
  5. Ensure maximum financial performance without compromising standards and member/guest experience
  6. Create and maintain daily and weekly reports

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years' experience in same or similar role in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants
  2. Excellent level of English, written and spoken
  3. Good knowledge of Food and Beverage products, trends, and services
  4. Strong organisational and time management skills
  5. Excellent team management, communication, and listening skills
  6. Demonstrate integrity in all dealings and maintain high levels of confidentiality
