About the Role: AtkinsRalis is seeking an experienced Information Manager with expertise in site supervision to oversee and manage the project information systems for a large-scale Building project in the UAE.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage systems to collect, store, and distribute all project information in alignment with project goals, timelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the accuracy and completeness of all information shared across teams including construction, design, and client teams.
- Implement and manage tools for document control, BIM integration, and site data management to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Skills:
- BIM and LOD Standards: Thorough understanding of LOD 400/500 models and their application in construction and site supervision.
- Information Management: In-depth knowledge of document control, data management, and project collaboration tools (e.g., Procore, Aconex, ACC, Asite).
- Site Supervision: Experience with onsite construction management and supervision of Building & Infrastructure projects ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, Mechanical or Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Information Management, or a related discipline.
- Certification in BIM (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) or Project Management (e.g., PMP) is an advantage.
