EDUCATIONANDEXPERIENCE

  • Master/bachelorsdegree in architectural or civil engineering and 12 yearsexperience in AECindustry.

  • 8 years experiencein digital delivery of complex multidisciplinary project(InformationManagement/BIM).

  • 3 yearsexperience in digital delivery of Rail/Metro Projects andpreferably MiddleEast.

  • Experience with RTAMetro project is desirable.

  • Information Managementcertification by a relevant institution e.g. BRE Operam AcademyRICS etc.

  • Softwarecertification such as Revit Civil3D etc. isdesirable.

JOBDUTIES

  • Singlepoint of contact regarding information management and digital toboth the client andcontractor.

  • As anInformation Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that thedigital content is produced stored shared and exploited using thelatest technologies and practices as agreed by the business and asper the client requirements.

  • As an Information Manageryou will be responsible to review and approve InformationManagement documents e.g. Pre and PostBEP federation strategy LevelOf Information Need responsibility matrixetc.

  • Ensure internal andexternal capability and capacity processes are implemented andfollowed.

  • Ensure that theproject MIDP is developed and maintain by the contractor as perClient requirements.

  • Monitorthe proper and complaint use and setup of the projectCDE(s).

  • Performmultidisciplinary clash detection identification andresolution.

  • Responsible todevelop maintain and deliver project progress reports to the clientregarding information management / Digital to the client.

  • Ensure that the followingare properly implemented compliant and applied by the contractor:

    • BIM executionplan

    • Information ExchangeProcesses

    • Selfdisciplinarycoordination workflows including clashmatrixes

    • Check and reviewprocesses (both technical and quality) for deliverables utilizingdigital tools

    • File namingconvention for deliverables and process for updating status andrevision codes in compliance with ISO19650

    • LOD / LOI to begenerated in BIM Models across stages in the projectlifecycle

    • All other Platformprocess and deliverables as per the clientEIR.

  • Audittask teams in the delivery of their Task Information Delivery Plansto meet the Appointing PartiesRequirements.

  • Supportstrategic global and regional digital initiatives (AsRequired).

  • Support ISO19650 certification.

  • SupportDigital Lead regarding all required tasks(AsRequired).

  • Responsible forinformation management team resource allocation and planning.

  • Leading the InformationManagement team for theproject.
