- Lead efforts to driveorganisational change within the engineeringcentre.
- Lead the development and management ofschedules, budgets, and resources allocated for the implementationof digital initiatives.
- Ensure the technicalexcellence of digital delivery services for the engineeringcentre.
- Lead and manage the digital practicewithin the engineering centre, with extensive knowledge in varyingspecialisms, such as IM, BIM, GIS, andAutomation.
- Support the engineering centreinformation manager(s) in integrating information managementpractices, BIM, GIS, and automation technologies into roadway andinfrastructure projects.
- Provide technicalleadership and guidance to implement and adopt digital systems,tools, and processes.
- Lead audits to ensurecompliance with relevant standards and regulations related todigital technologies and information management practices, such asISO 19650.
- Develop and deliver onboarding fornew hires and training programs to enhance the digital skills ofstaff within the engineering centre.
- Overseeand monitor key performance indicators and reporting/trackingpractices for implementing digital practices and adoption ofinitiatives.
- Monitor industry trends andadvancements in digital technologies to keep the engineering centreat the forefront of innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture,Engineering, GIS, Geography, Geomatics, Engineering or ComputerScience
- 15+ years of related experience,including supervisory/managerialexperience.
- Experience in engineering andinfrastructure projects.
- Middle East/GulfCountries experience preferred but notessential.
- Proven experience in preparingtechnical and commercial proposals for digital deliveryservices.
- Proven experience managing complexBIM, GIS, or automation programs andprojects.
- Knowledge of industry standards andregulations related to digital technologies and informationmanagement principles and practices (IS019650).
- Proficient in a range of common dataenvironments, collaboration platforms modelling, automation, designreview, coordination and simulations applications, e.g., AutodeskConstruction Cloud, ProjectWise, Civil 3D, Dynamo, Revizto,Synchro, Cost X, etc
- Excellent leadership andproject management skills. (PMP or similar project managementcertification is a plus)
- Ability to workcollaboratively with cross-functional teams in multiplegeographical locations.
- Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills.
- Skills in effectiveproblem and conflict resolution, management oversight, peoplemanagement, and escalation.
