Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  2. Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that tasks are completed as expected, and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Inventory Management: Ensure that inventory levels are adequate, and coordinate with external vendors for maintenance and repair of equipment and tools.
  4. Incident Reporting: Prepare and submit incident reports to management for review and action.
  5. Safety and Security: Ensure that all team members follow procedures for safe use of hazardous chemicals and equipment, and investigate guest complaints regarding cleanliness standards.
  6. Training and Development: Conduct orientation and on-the-job training for new team members, and identify training needs for existing team members.
  7. Operations Coordination: Coordinate work activities among departments, and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  8. Supply Chain Management: Issue supplies and equipment to team members, and record data regarding work assignments and personnel actions.
  9. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare periodic reports on team performance, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  10. Staff Development: Identify training requirements for team members, and ensure that they receive the necessary training to perform their duties effectively.
  11. Pest Control: Supervise pest control operations within the park, and ensure that all necessary procedures are followed.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, management, and guests.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor, with a strong track record of success in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
  • Housekeeping and Upkeep Management: Background in housekeeping and upkeep management, with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and equipment.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Strong team player with a go-getter attitude, able to adapt to changing work environments and priorities.
  • Operational Knowledge: Good knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals, with the ability to operate equipment safely and effectively.
  • Positive Attitude: Positive attitude, with a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience.
