  • Conduct thorough market analysis and competitor research to refine sales approaches and stay competitive.
  • Foster long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, brokers, and key stakeholders to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Oversee the implementation of CRM tools and technology to optimize sales tracking and team productivity.
  • Deliver actionable insights and comprehensive sales reports to inform senior management decisions.
  • Unlock new luxury real estate opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring their growth and alignment with company objectives.
  • Develop pricing strategies and negotiation tactics to maximize profitability.
  • E nsure all sales practices adhere to industry regulations and ethical standards.
  • Promote exceptional client satisfaction and loyalty through personalized relationship management.
    • A highly experienced leader with over 10 years of experience in real estate or related industries, including at least 3 years in a senior sales role.
    • Proven expertise in residential sales strategies, market analysis, and building relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
    • Skilled in leveraging CRM tools and sales software to enhance performance and streamline operations.
    • A strong communicator and negotiator with the ability to close high-value deals and increase profitability.
    • Detail-oriented and analytical, capable of delivering actionable insights from market trends and sales data.
    • A collaborative team player who can mentor and inspire a sales team to exceed targets.
    • Familiar with industry standards, legal compliance, and ethical practices in real estate sales.
