As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Rotana Hotels & Resorts, you will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping team to ensure that the hotel's cleanliness and maintenance standards are met. Your role will involve key responsibilities such as:

  • **Assigning Tasks**: Prepare and distribute job assignments to housekeeping attendants to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
  • **Supply Management**: Issue keys and supplies to housekeeping attendants as needed.
  • **VIP and Guest Services**: Identify and respond to VIPs, Do Not Disturb, Sleep Out, and Double-Lock Rooms, and take necessary actions to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • **Daily Meetings**: Attend daily meetings to receive special instructions and updates from management.
  • **Check-out Procedures**: Receive and report check-outs to ensure accurate room status.
  • **Guest Requests**: Respond to special requests from guests and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • **Quality Control**: Conduct regular inspections of cleaned areas to ensure adherence to standards and report any issues or repairs needed.
  • **Reporting and Lost and Found**: Complete reports and hand over found articles to the lost and found department.
  • **Team Supervision**: Supervise the cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and stairwells to maintain high standards.
  • **Training and Development**: Train and assist housekeeping attendants, and provide feedback to management on team performance.
  • **Inventory and Equipment Management**: Assist with inventory management and ensure that housekeeping equipment is properly handled and maintained.
