Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Fragrance Training Specialist to join our team at Robert Walters. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales teams in the Middle East region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess the learning needs of our sales teams and develop training plans to address these needs, in collaboration with our regional leadership team.
  • Contribute to the development of our training calendar, ensuring that it aligns with our business objectives and meets the needs of our sales teams.
  • Design and deliver training programs that are engaging, interactive, and effective in improving sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our company culture, heritage, and product offerings, and use this knowledge to inform our training programs.
  • Provide ongoing support to our sales teams, through follow-up sessions and coaching, to ensure that they have the skills and confidence to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in a related role, preferably in the luxury industry.
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to engage and motivate audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent understanding of luxury retail, client experience, and sales skills, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a training context.
  • Ability to influence and persuade others, with strong follow-up skills to ensure that training objectives are met.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, as required, to support our sales teams in the Middle East region.
