The role:
  • Business development and sales – 360 Recruitment
  • Managing a dual desk – Permanent and Contract positions
  • Implementing efficient resourcing strategies and sourcing techniques
  • Utilizing available resources proactively
  • Candidate interview and selection processes
  • Liaising with clients and candidates at senior levels
  • Overseeing the entire recruitment process, including communication with candidates
  • Negotiating fees and compensation packages for candidates
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in technical recruitment
  • A proven track record of achieving 360 billing targets
  • Excellent relationship-building and consultation skills
  • Strong organisational and time management capabilities
